Not an easy thing to do but do-able if you set your mind to it. Yesterday I woke up at 5 30 but went back to sleep. I noticed how I felt afterwards. Not good. But I didn't beat myself up. I went for a workout later in the day and resolved to get up the next morning (today) at 5 30 and I did!
