		<description>Chris:

Love your site.

To pieces.

Good stuff, and especially like this article about personal responsibility.

After hearing from thousands of job seekers over the years, most of whom are far from finding their dream jobs, I&#039;ve found that their lack of success usually boils down to exactly what you&#039;ve talked about here.

Keep after &#039;em.

<description>ACTION is the key! So many of us make excuses and complain, but very few of us take personal responsibility for what we are complaining and making excuses for. Look in the mirror, accept that you put yourself in what ever situation you are in, and then take ACTION!

		<description>Chris:

Great article - I LOVE the concept of personal responsibility becuase it&#039;s so powerful.

Last week I decided to take personal responsibility on getting myself back in shape. I decided that I would be getting up at 5 30 every morning. Not an easy thing to do but do-able if you set your mind to it.

Yesterday I woke up at 5 30 but went back to sleep. I noticed how I felt afterwards. Not good. But I didn&#039;t beat myself up. I went for a workout later in the day and resolved to get up the next morning (today) at 5 30 and I did!

Once you take personal responsibility, the universe sets in motion everything that needs to be put in place for it to happen. All that is needed is a FIRM DECISION.
